Check Up Schedule
The following is the recommended schedule for well-child checkups:
Hospital recheck – this should be done within a few days after your baby is discharged from the hospital
1 month
2 month
4 month
6 month
9 month
12 month
15 month
18 month
2 year
3 year
....and then annually until 21 years of age
