We are still experiencing technical difficulties with our website, patient portal, and in-office email. The problem has been resolved, but we are told it could be anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days before the changes take effect and everything is back up running and working properly. Thank you for your patience!

If you have an upcoming appointment with us, please don't fret because we will be continuing to use paper forms for patients until this problem is fully resolved. Feel free to call us if you have any questions! We will make an announcement here once we are CERTAIN that the portal is 100% operational.

The good news: We have had an ENORMOUS response to our Portal Sign Up Campaign. The bad news: The internet has other plans for us at the moment and some of you are having difficulty getting onto the portal.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience (or frustrations) caused by this and are working with our service provider to resolve the issue promptly! We will keep you informed of any progress.
